Transition management is a skill. It doesn’t change from the age of 5 to 100. There will be discomfort, then there will be worry, then there’s confusion, and finally resolution.

The key is to realise that transitions are up to you. Not everybody is ready for them. Not everybody needs them. But if you feel the red flags raised below, then jump up, roll your sleeves up and hop into it.

It’s a process. It means letting go a few things, being clear about what you want and then learning the steps between.

Managed well those four steps can be done with due diligence and comfort. Managed badly they can result in a backflip in which there’s a continual looping back to the start – discomfort – and no meditation or Dalai Lama lecture can break that loop quick enough before the next transition experience arrives and now there are two.

Three transition experiences added together make for mental health problems. And, with the accelerating pace of life, it may become critically obvious that the consequences of not dealing with a transition well, is just going to create more and more stress.

Transitions is a program that teaches process. That process can be applied to any event whether it’s personal, community or business. The conference is a four hour event. You can create your own event or join a public event.

STAGE 1. DISCOMFORT

What’s Holding You Back? Whether it’s a relationship, a health issue, a business dilemma or even global warming, discomfort is, ultimately, the first sense that red flags the need for change. And the first question that must be asked is: “Is it me reacting and therefore nothing to worry about, or is it a genuine trigger for change.” Deciphering this is key, and critical. Running around trying to fix what isn’t broken is causing and costing trillions of dollars in lost living standards. We must decide, right at the get go, is this discomfort fact or fiction. The faster we drill down and make this clear, the better. There are a range of skills and techniques we share to cause this clarity.

STAGE 2. WORRY

Why Must You Hesitate? 99% of what people worry about never happens. That means one of two things: first, that worrying might solve a lot of problems. Second, the first step of deciphering action or reaction didn’t happen well. Worry per se is not bad. Worry is good, healthy, essential. However, extended periods of worry will wear people down, cause illness, drain mental health, deplete libido, undermine authority, sabotage good business and repell friends. Hence, we want to reap the benefit of worry without the toxic side, we need to worry quickly. Snap decisions are never wise, at least until we’ve dwelt on them for a while and this is the essence of worry, to open us up, let the brainstorming start and finish in a healthy way. There are skills and tools we share for this.

STAGE 3. CONFUSION

Why Not Knee Jerk Spontaneous Combustion? Far too many people are proud of having clarity. Clarity comes after confusion, not instead of it. Confusion is musing. Confusion is owning. Confusion is procrastinating and that’s a good thing. Spontaneity isn’t always a great head space especially when emotion gets sucked into the mix. To live with and embrace the need for confusion is so important we’ve made it an integral step in transition management. Whether it’s a company, a family or a personal transition, better to sit in confusion than to go off half cocked and end up the creek without a paddle. People need to sit on it. Enjoy the middle place. Learn to relax around confusion. It’s the perfect muse. However, there’s a healthy and an unhealthy process of confusion. We love to show people the difference because it really makes a big difference.

STAGE 4. RESOLUTION

How do you Know You are Finished that Transition? Notice we’ve not said “decision” – that’s not a typo. Decisions are things we make when we way up the good and bad and come to the decision that a is better than b. Resolution, in opposition to that is when a and b are equally good so the choice, the resolution for transition, must “fall out of the sky.” It’s not intuitive because that’s extremely unreliable in all but the most adept. It’s inspiration, a higher and easier to tap into form of intuition. However, it requires a bit of clearing to achieve it. Clearing the discomfort, worry, confusion and boom, there is is, resolution.

CONCLUSION

In each transition we have a goal. That goal is to get through it fast. However, we want there to be the least amount of push back (resistance from others), the greatest amount of accuracy in making the leap through the hoop of transition. We don’t want to make a mess. We don’t want to get stuck half way. So, the process must be resilient, bulletproof, adaptable to a wide range of circumstances and it must not fail, ever.

This is the Transition Conference at the core.

NATURE AND TRANSITIONS

The worst transition is the one we least expected. When we’re blindsided and something happens when we least expect it, then the wind gets knocked out of us and we’re a bit fragile – sometimes so fragile that we can’t even think, let alone go through Transition.

To avoid the blindsiding, I recommend NATURE

Building a business, working hard, bringing up a family, healing yourself. Nature is a vital key to doing all this with relative ease.

Rewards are granted by nature alone.  She can give you long life and health, with ceaseless gratification and a boundless pleasure for your existence, if you are a part of her march of progress.  Food and lifestyle must change radically in order for us to appreciate the Vitality of the world in which we live. It is natural. We can produce all manner of synthetic products and technology, but the human spirit, vital energy can never be made in a pill.

LIVE LOVE LIFE

People are different in nature. More generous, more happy, healthy, more compassionate, more open minded, visionary and inspired. It’s natural. We’re better people in nature.

The love of nature is important to us. However, it’s the first thing we forget when the pressure comes on. If we’re struggling with stress we might forget to step into nature and calm down.

The love of nature isn’t always the result of hard work. We can go for a stroll in a park hand in hand with a lover and change how we feel. Nature comes to us when we just give ourselves the time to let it in.

A CAUTION

We need to be careful about the love of nature. Many people bring their anger about environmental issues into nature and that’s like putting salt in a chocolate cake. Yes, we do need to be environmentally aware and conscious, but this is not love of nature, just like protecting children from bullies has nothing to do with love. It’s a different topic.

NATURAL

The love of nature is innate. There’s no try. You might just go for a swim, a paddle, a run, pick a flower or take the dog for a walk. The love of nature is not a doing thing, it’s a receiving thing. Just like the love of a partner in life isn’t a doing thing. It too is receiving.

LET IT IN

Letting love in is an art. To do so, we need to slow down and feel it. Sometimes we’re at work or at home rushing around trying to prove how much we love what we’re doing, but that rushing is blocking, not loving. To love nature is to feel the love of nature, it comes to you, through you, not from you.

People in the dog park love their dogs. That’s because they let the love in. Sometimes people let more love come from their dog than their spouse. That’s a good thing if the love from their dog is the only way love can arrive. But if they could let love in from nature then they’d have a whole new experience, a huge experience. Think how big the love nature has to give compared to just one dog. The opportunity is significant.

HEALTH

Our health is a fundamental gift from nature. Sometimes we feel we need to fight for our health. We might go to gyms and eat special meals and that’s great. But there’s a powerful step because imagine if a little gym work and good food is transformative, how much would the whole of nature, not just a gym and a bit of food, make a difference.

Sadly, to let the love of nature in many people need to get sick or lose something precious. But we don’t need to lose something precious or attract a calamity, disaster or humbling circumstance to feel the love of nature. We simply have to stop and open up to it. There’s no special breathing practice. Just slow down and feel it.

VITALITY

 

Today the source of Vital energy is so vague that most people, can’t see the purpose of trying to live at all.  Health must be so improved that it makes every doctor and health retreat the laughing stock of nature.  This step is not difficult, as it just waits for the invention of proper food and lifestyle.

BEYOND SUBSTITUTES

If you don’t care to cultivate your mind and body and heart, with commitment and discipline, then you will struggle to find any Vitality at all. Substitutes will then become the driving force of your life and this is the falsehood that makes struggle inevidible.  What good value can you be in the world if you do have your heart invested in it?  What have the years ahead install for you that makes you want to remain on earth?  The whole generation of which you are a single unit, consists of millions in millions of people; and they as a whole constitute just one step on the evolution of humanity. Your role is not insignificant. Every atom is important to nature. You are a huge mass of them. She will not waste the resource. Should you think that it is possible, to waste your life, then nature will act in accord with her own laws and make best use of her resource.  You will be challenged.

BIG PICTURE

Why would people remain here to worry and to suffer burdens, and see no relief, just to breathe, eat, get rich, sleep and die?  Take a different view, take courage, nature has a place for you and you are made of the right stuff. It is a commitment to usefulness that is the difference. There are those who speak of nothing but themselves and they are the underlings because their Vitality is limited. They can see no other world other than their own mind, a mirror and bank book. They are not wrong, only small. The average people that come and go are in the great melting pot of nature; but those who rise up in their mind with hearts open, a committed will and with souls of fire are never lost.

NATURE

  •  Nature –  sharpens and makes the mental facilities keen and sharp.
  •  Nature –  improves the organs of mastication, digestion, assimilation and elimination of food.
  •  Nature –  makes the sensory powers rise to a much higher efficiency level.
  •  Nature –  No process of therapy ever fulfilled so many indications for restoration of vigorous health

  •  Nature –  Endurance, stamina and strength.
  •  Nature –  opens the mind to become more receptive to logic and a sensible natural way of living.
  •  Nature –  empowers the mind to become so powerful that it can take full control of the body.
  •  Nature –  gives a person confidence, a positive mental attitude.
  •  Nature –  gives tranquility of mind and a glow of well being.
  •   Nature –  renovates, revives and purifies each and every one of the millions of cells that make up the human body.

  •  Nature –  is essential to any lifestyle
  •  Nature –  is the quickest way to lose weight
  •  Nature –  is successful in treating of physical illness
  •  Nature –  lowers cholesterol
  •  Nature –  is a calming experience

  •  Nature –  gives a natural high
  •  Nature –  often results in a more vigorous sex life
  •  Nature –  helps break addictive habits
  •  Nature –  saves time preparing, eating and cleaning from meals
  •  Nature –  rids the body of toxins
  •  Nature –  gives the body a spiritual shower
  •  Nature –  removes hunger pangs  in 2 days
  •  Nature –  is safe

 

VITALITY

If you can truly practice mastery with nature alone, you will create a vitality that will begin to create a profound benefit to your happiness in life.

You will begin to feel in synch with the presence of other living beings.

People, places, animals and nature will all come alive in a different and more profound interaction.

Your intuition will heighten, your sense of connection will grow, your need for approval will fall away and a quiet confident calm will descend over your life like a rainbow on a summers day.

You will reconnect the separations that cause all pain and suffering in the world.

HAPPINESS AND FULFILLMENT

The happiness of each person lies in the vitality found within them.  One is not made more inspired in life by following a certain religion, or by having a certain belief, or by being a fanatic with regards to an idea, by knowing metaphysics or praying to the ether, nor by becoming good, because this increases the separation of the four elements,  mind, body, heart and vision. Conforming to rules and earthly dogma decreases inspiration. Vitality is simply found by finding your true connection with nature.

Vitality  is natural, it is born within us, it is the beauty of life, the human heart, the spirit and is the key to our happiness.

CONNECTIONS

Your body, the elements it is made of, depend on nature for  growth and to power it’s electrical systems. This sustinence arrives with the light of the sun. Nature reminds us of this immaculate process. Trees send branches and roots in search of sun and water, continually questing for better vantage they search for that energy that binds us all. Once it arrives you are free to do with it as you please. You can transform it, manage it, spend it, waste it if you so choose.

This vital energy is nature’s life force, and there is no place on this earth where it is not found. It is the force of motion in every molecule, it is in the water we drink, the food we eat and the air we breathe. Not a single atom or chemical can exist without it.

VITALITY AND LIFE

Vitality has its basic foundations in nature.  It is an intangible force, yet it is the most powerful force in all universe. It holds everything in its power including the constellations that form our universe. If this force were absent, all creation would fly apart and be lost in the chaos.

Our own solar system consists of the central sun, the planets, and moons that are invisible to the eye.  All held by this energy to the sun.  All revolving around it, all repelling the efforts of the sun to draw them into its mass.  If the inherent Vitality of all the orbs that repell the gravitational power of the sun were absent, they would be absorbed in that great fire.

These are the giant energies of Vitality. What we call gravity for lack of a better name, is the same Vitality.  It keeps all things within the embrace off the earth.  Without it no living being could remain on the ground. We also witness gravity in people. We see their dark thoughts and feel heavy in their presence. So thought and Vitality can be seen to be connected.

All growth on earth, all plants, flowers and trees are due to the Vitality of the sun.  If this were lacking, nothing would have life.  The needed Vitality from the sun is stored away in the earth itself.

We now see that the energy of the universe is mirrored in miniature in all substance that is called matter.  The very cohesion that holds together molecules in an atom is Vitality.  Without it there could be no elements.

Each atom is a universe.  Each atom is a solar system.  The central nucleus of an atom is as active in relative terms as our sun where flames shoot a hundred thousand miles beyond its surface, yet a thousand billion of these atoms concentrated could not be seen by the naked eye.

TAPPING NATURE FOR VITALITY

It is of such atoms that the human body, the human brain, the nervous system, and all the organs and all the flesh and bones, are composed.  The energy that is locked up in a single atom holds enough potential power to destroy the body itself if set free.  Every drop of blood is charged with latent and active Vitality.  There is no particle of life in a human being that is not a slumbering dynamo.

While electricity and Vitality are not the same, both come from the same source, make use of the same laws, and proceed in the same manner to manifest themselves.  The air about us is charged to access with unlimited funds off electricity and Vitality.  If you set up a giant generator in a small room having all four walls concrete 3 meters deep, and if you locked the door then set a machine working to draw out from all the Vitality available, you will never find an end to the flow of energy. Ever.

From this it is possible to comprehend the powers of nature and the very reason that they are the gift of the few. Those skills are revealed in the leader, performer, actor, teacher, preacher who rises from obscurity to impact millions of people through the mastery of their latent energies, nature, life force and vitality. No person who has achieved the status of success, and sustained that, and been acknowledged for their inspiration has been without the mastery of nature’s energy, Vitality.
