We all need space and on this program you will spend significant time outdoors, one on one with nature. Energising walks in the wild… cleansing dips in the deep blue ocean… tai chi at sunrise… yoga on the beach. There are healthy picnic lunches and gorgeous champagne sunsets.

Module 1: POSITIVE PERSONAL CHANGE THROUGH HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS

Understanding how energy affects our lives is paramount to living a long, healthy and successful life. Gaining mastery over it can change our offices, homes, relationships, friendships, health and wealth. Our energy and what we do with it; essentially how we manage it; determines the prosperity of our everyday life.

Module 2: VISION, INSPIRATION AND PURPOSE

You own it. It’s simple. It’s portable and it’s inside of you. It affects your productivity, your health, your happiness. It affects your relationship, your friendships, your children and your P&L at work. If you tap it, there’s no stopping you, if you don’t then it’s all just hard work and struggle. Your Vision, Inspiration and Purpose affects everything important and it is without doubt the single most important ingredient in determining the quality of your life, work life balance and the essential exchange in relationships. It’s not fluff, just try being without hope for a day and see how it feels and how many people want to invest in you. Nature thinking is simple. It’s Nature’s Laws presented so you can bring nature home and be in complete control of your dialogue with life.

Module 3:  THE UNIVERSAL LAWS

There are great masters such as Emerson, Plato and many Asian Masters (Lao Tzu) who are convinced that if mankind lived life according to the principles of nature, then we would be at peace with ourselves and with each other. It’s a philosophy not uncommon in the ways of the East but has yet to be fully grasped by the western world. Module 4: YOUR VALUES

Our feelings truly give us a sense of who we are – what we think, what we intuit and how well (or badly!) we communicate. You will learn the art of authenticity and communication and practice various techniques for relaxation and meditation.

Module 5: HOW TO INSPIRE OTHERS

You can’t give what you haven’t got. Learning how to take time out for you, call it me time, is probably the single greatest key to lasting relationships, business success, personal health and innerwealth. The time available is shrinking in this digital world, it’s getting harder to be honest with ourselves as we’re surrounded by subliminal marketing, sounds, electronic footprints we are unaware of. Old ways are too clumsy. We need new science of self awareness, a REAL nature based, non denominational, easy to apply honestly that brings us home to self, a place from which all can grow, all can evolve, all can change and yet, inside, internally, life becomes a beautiful constant. I have a project I’m calling “Back on Back™”

The whole idea is to give people tools to keep their lives on track and get the best out of life

I believe that people get off track, lose their sense of purpose, feel unfulfilled or depressed because their life is somehow out of balance.

Back in 1920 CJ Coffmann wrote about the phases of life change which was heralded as a breakthrough in understanding human behaviour at the time and has since become the foundation of in clinical psychology. I’ve taken this thinking and reinterpreted it for the modern day and based on my 30-years of guiding people and businesses. I’ve evolved these elements and connected them back to heart and soul.

  • Emotional Clearing and Balancing (clear up emotional disturbances)
  • Physical Health and wellness – (changing the body metrix)
  • Change Appearances – (Upgrade environment to reflect new perspectives)
  • Reconfirm Mind Values (Where to focus ongoing self development)

Are you happy with that?

The normal reaction for people in a funk is to focus solely on one or two of these aspects. For example, if you are down in spirituality, you might turn to yoga. Down in health, you might read Deepak Chopra. Down in finances you might ……….. and so on.

The problem with this is that as one aspect grows, another shrinks. You’re unfulfilled at work so you decide to drive harder but as a result, your family and love-life suffers. Or if your finances are struggling you might start worrying about money and ignore your health. Your overall score of ……….  doesn’t change, it simply changes shape.

Old problems may go away, new ones appear. Have you seen this happen to anyone you know?
