Nature is a powerful asset. We sit inside too much. We drive cars and catch planes. We sit inside and watch computer screens and TV. When it comes to coaching and dealing with personal stuff, getting outdoors is a vital ingredient of self reflection and truth.

I don’t have one of those offices with leather couch and note pad. i have the beach, the sea, the park the forest and mountains. Walk with me is proven time and time again to be the right way to explore your humanity.

Inspiration comes naturally to those who put on a jacket and get outside. Clothing is the only variable, nature is perfect and ready. Of course, we have the thunderstorm backup plan b, but that’s less than more needed.

I’ve helped heal the pain of stress and suffering in people for 35 years. I’ve experienced pain and stress for 35 years. No guru worship here. I’m human, I know how it feels, I’ve been through what you’re going through and I’ve been lucky enough to create a process to mend it and eliminate that funk from your life forever.

The whole idea is to give you tools to keep your life on track and get the best out of life while at the same time, getting outdoors, being inspired by nature, and speaking honestly.

I believe that people get off track, lose their sense of purpose, feel unfulfilled or depressed because their life is somehow out of balance.

If I asked you to score yourself on a 1 – 10 against each of thee elements (where 10 is blissfully happy and content and 1 is suicidally depressed) how would this look?

So your ‘WIP’ score Interesting. Are you happy with that?

The normal reaction for people in a funk is to focus solely on one or two of these aspects. For example, if you are down in career, you might turn to business coaching. Down in health area, you might read Deepak Chopra. Down in relationship you might ……….. and so on.

The problem with this is that as one aspect grows, another shrinks. You’re unfulfilled at work so you decide to drive harder but as a result, your family and love-life suffers. Or if your finances are struggling you might start worrying about money and ignore your health. Your overall score of [add all seven scores] doesn’t change, it simply changes shape. Old problems may go away, new ones appear. Have you seen this happen to anyone you know?
